Looking for something fun to do this summer? Join South Country Library’s Summer Reading Club, where reading reaps rewards. You can read or listen to books, e-books, magazines, newspapers, graphic novels and comic books. Sign up at the Reference Desk to receive your info packet and check out the display case to see the all the cool stuff you could win!

Learn how to make homemade hot pretzels from scratch.

Soda Can Coasters

Create a set of four coasters, perfect for Father’s Day, using tiles and soda cans. *You must attend both sessions of this program.

Sand Art

Homework Help

Wednesdays, 6:00-8:00 p.m.

We are seeking smart, serious high school AP or honor students to assist younger students in grades 1-5 with their homework. Pick up an application at the Adult Reference desk.

Read a Book, Write a Review

Need Community Service, write a book review. Read a new Young Adult book (fiction, non-fiction, or graphic novel). When you finish the book, write a review and return it to the Reference Desk. You will then receive a certificate for 3 hours of community service. Completed book reviews will be posted on the Teen Facebook Page. Forms are available at the Reference Desk.
